pending sales (up 2 from last week).
* Albany - total of 17 listings (down 2 from last
week). 3 new pending sales (up 3 from last week).
* Berkeley - total of 97 listings (down 9 from last week). 12
new pending sales (up 3 from last week).
* Discovery Bay - total of 237 listings (up 14 from last
week). 1 new pending sales (up 1 from last week).
* El Cerrito - total of 42 listings (up 2 from last week). 2
new pending sale (down 1 from last week).
* Emeryville - total of 2 listing (up 1 from last
week). 0 new pending sales (same as last week).
* Fremont - total of 465 listings (down 3 from last
week). 19 new pending sales (up 9 from last week).
* Kensington - total of 11 listings (down 2 from last
