* Discovery Bay - total of 229 listings (down 2 from last week).  2 new pending sales (same as from last week).

 

* El Cerrito - total of 41 listings (same as from last week). 2 new pending sale (down 1 from last week).

 

* Emeryville - total of 3 listing (up 1 from last week). 0 new pending sales (same as last week).
