* Discovery Bay - total of 227 listings (down 2 from last
week). 1 new pending sales (down 1 from last week).
* El Cerrito - total of 39 listings (down 2 from last week). 2
new pending sale (same as from last week).
* Emeryville - total of 3 listing (same as from last
week). 0 new pending sales (same as last week).
* Fremont - total of 455 listings (up 2 from last
