* Albany - total of 18 listings (up 1 from last week). 0 new
pending sales (down 1 from last week).
* Berkeley - total of 78 listings (down 3 from last week). 6
new pending sales (up 1 from last week).
* Discovery Bay - total of 192 listings (down 6 from last
week). 4 new pending sales (up 2 from last week).
* El Cerrito - total of 52 listings (up 5 from last week). 1
