* Berkeley - total of 59 listings (down 2 from last week). 0

* Discovery Bay - total of 167 listings (down 15 from last
week). 4 new pending sales (up 1 from last week).
* El Cerrito - total of 37 listings (down 3 from last week). 0
new pending sale (down 1 from last week).
* Emeryville - total of 2 listing (down 1 from last
