* Alameda- total of 92 listings (down 8 from last week). 16 new
pending sales (up 10 from last week).
* Albany - total of 13 listings (up 1 from last week). 1 new
pending sales (up 1 from last week).
* Berkeley - total of 87 listings (up 4 from last week). 8 new
pending sales (down 3 from last week).
* Discovery Bay - total of 174 listings (up 7 from last week).
3 new pending sales (down 3 from last week).
* El Cerrito - total of 37 listings (same as from last week).
2 new pending sale (up 2 from last week).
* Emeryville - total of 1 listing (down 1 from last
week). 0 new pending sales (same as from last week).
* Fremont - total of 417 listings (down 6 from last
week). 24 new pending sales (down 4 from last week).
* Kensington - total of 8 listings (same as from last
