* Alameda- total of 94 listings (up 2 from last week). 5 new
pending sales (down 11 from last week).
* Albany - total of 12 listings (down 1 from last week). 2 new
pending sales (up 1 from last week).
* Berkeley - total of 83 listings (down 4 from last week). 11
new pending sales (up 3 from last week).
* Discovery Bay - total of 177 listings (up 3 from last week).
3 new pending sales (same as last week).
* El Cerrito - total of 39 listings (up 2 from last week). 4
new pending sale (up 2 from last week).
* Emeryville - total of 1 listing (same as last week). 0
new pending sales (same as from last week).
* Fremont - total of 446 listings (up 29 from last
week). 23 new pending sales (down 1 from last week).
