pending sales (up 7 from last week).
* Albany - total of 16 listings (up 4 from last week). 0 new
pending sales (down 2 from last week).
* Berkeley - total of 90 listings (up 7 from last week). 7 new
pending sales (down 4 from last week).
* Discovery Bay - total of 174 listings (down 3 from last
week). 6 new pending sales (down 3 from last week).
* El Cerrito - total of 42 listings (up 3 from last week). 3
new pending sale (down 1 from last week).
* Emeryville - total of 1 listing (same as from last
week). 0 new pending sales (same as from last week).
* Fremont - total of 458 listings (up 12 from last
week). 18 new pending sales (down 5 from last week).
