* Alameda- total of 92 listings (up 3 from last week). 7 new
pending sales (down 5 from last week).
* Albany - total of 17 listings (up 1 from last week). 1 new
pending sales (up 1 from last week).
* Berkeley - total of 97 listings (up 7 from last week). 5 new
pending sales (down 2 from last week).
* Discovery Bay - total of 177 listings (up 3 from last week).
4 new pending sales (down 2 from last week).
* El Cerrito - total of 47 listings (up 5 from last week). 1
new pending sale (down 2 from last week).
* Emeryville - total of 1 listing (same as from last
