Here are the "stats" regarding residential listing numbers & pending sale numbers for the week of 05/14/08 – 05/21/08

 

* Alamo - total of 112 listings (up 6 from last week). There were 90 listings - same week last year. 3 new pending sales (down 3 from last week). There were 3 new sales - same week last year.

 

* Antioch - total of 1011 listings (up 8 from last week). There were 1020 listings - same week last year.  41 new pending sales (down 14 from last week). There were 10 new sales - same week last year.

  

* Blackhawk - total of 85 listings (up 2 from last week). There were 62 listings -same week last year. 2 new pending sale (same as last week). There were 2 new sales same week - last year.

 

* Brentwood - total of 451 listings (up 4 from last week). There were 626 listings -same week last year. 23 new pending sales (down 3 from last week). There were 11 new sales same week - last year.

 

* Castro Valley - total of 202 listings (down 4 from last week). There were 182  listings - same week last year. 9 new pending sales (same as last week). There were 8 new sales - same week last year.

 

* Clayton - total of 58 listings (down 3 last week). There were 78 listings - same week last year. 7 new pending sale (up 3 from last week).There were 3 new sales same week - last year.

 

* Concord - total of 503 listings (same as last week). There were 521 listings - same week last year.  22 new pending sales (up 6 from last week).  There were 19 new sales - same week last year.

 

* Danville - total of 215 listings (same as last week). There were 174 listings - same week last year. 8 new pending sales (down 5 from last week). There were 13 new sales - same week last year.

 

* Diablo - total of 10 listings (same as last week). There were 12 listings - same week last year.  0 new pending sales (same as last week). There were 0 new sales - same week last year.

 

* Dublin - total of 130 listings (down 11 from last week). There were 135 listings - same week last year. 10 new pending sales (up 5 from last week). There were 10 new sales - same week last year.

 

* Hayward - total of 752 listings (up 2 from last week). There were 636 listings – same week last year. 24 new pending sales (down 4 from last week). There were 9 new sales - same week last year.

 

* Lafayette - total of 111 listings (up 6 from last week). There were 79 listings - same week last year.  5 new pending sales (same as last week). There were 11 new sales - same week last year.

 

 * Livermore - total of 402 listings (down 10 from last week). There were 389 listings - same week last year.  25 new pending sales (up 3 from last week). There were 14 new sales - same week last year.

 

* Martinez - total of 178 listings (up 2 from last week). There were 211 listings - same week last year.  7 new pending sales (up 5 from last week).  There were 9 new sales - same week last year.

 

* Moraga - total of 22 listings (down 1 from last week). There were 22 listings - same week last year. 3 new pending sales (same as last week).  There was 4 new sale - same week last year.

 

* Orinda - total of 69 listings (up 9 from last week). There were 72 listings - same week last year.   4 new pending sales (down 7 from last week). There were 6 new sales - same week last year.

 

* Pittsburg - total of 559 listings (down 1 from last week). There were 478 listings - same week last year. 15 new pending sales (down 15 from last week). There were 2 new sales - same week last year.

 

* Pleasant Hill - total of 101 listings (down 2 from last week). There were 101 listings - same week last year.  7 new pending sales (up 2 from last week). There were 5 new sales - same week last year.

 

* Pleasanton - total of 253 listings (up 8 from last week). There were 190 listings - same week last year.  12 new pending sales (up 3 from last week). There were 16 new sales - same week last year.

 

* San Ramon - total of 252 listings (down 2 from last week).  There were 218 listings - same week last year.  17 new pending sales (up 1 from last week).  There were 15 new sales - same week last year.

 

* Walnut Creek - total of 191 listings (down 5 from last week).  There were 158 listings - same week last year. 8 new pending sales (up 5 from last week).  There were 10 new sales - same week last year.
