* Alamo - total of 112 listings (up 6 from last week). There
were 90 listings - same week last year. 3
new pending sales (down 3 from last week). There were 3 new sales - same
week last year.
* Antioch - total of 1011 listings (up 8 from last week). There
were 1020 listings - same week last year. 41
new pending sales (down 14 from last week). There
were 10 new sales - same week last year.
* Blackhawk - total of 85 listings (up 2 from last week). There
were 62 listings -same week last year. 2 new
pending sale (same as last week). There were 2 new sales same week - last year.
* Brentwood - total of 451 listings (up 4 from last
week). There were 626 listings -same week last year. 23 new
pending sales (down 3 from last week). There
were 11 new sales same week - last year.
* Castro Valley - total of 202 listings (down 4 from last
week). There were 182 listings - same week last year. 9

were 8 new sales - same week last year.
* Clayton - total of 58 listings (down 3 last week). There
