pending sales (down 6 from last week).
* Albany - total of 18 listings (up 1 from last week). 2 new
pending sales (down 1 from last week).
* Berkeley - total of 106 listings (up 8 from last week). 8
new pending sales (down 5 from last week).
* Discovery Bay - total of 160 listings (down 2 from last
week). 5 new pending sales (down 3 from last week).
* El Cerrito - total of 48 listings (up 3 from last week). 1
new pending sale (down 3 from last week).
* Emeryville - total of 3 listing (same as from last
week). 0 new pending sales (same as from last week).
* Fremont - total of 503 listings (up 3 from last
week). 26 new pending sales (up 2 from last week).
* Kensington - total of 12 listings (up 2 from last
