additional Alameda/ Contra Costa County cities for the week of 06/12/08 –
06/19/08.
* Alameda- total of 102 listings (same as from last week). 10 new
pending sales (up 4 from last week).
* Albany - total of 13 listings (down 5 from last week). 5 new
pending sales (up 3 from last week).
* Berkeley - total of 102 listings (down 4 from last week). 16
new pending sales (up 8 from last week).
* Discovery Bay - total of 174 listings (up 14 from last
week). 6 new pending sales (up 1 from last week).
* El Cerrito - total of 47 listings (down 1 from last week). 4
new pending sale (up 3 from last week).
* Emeryville - total of 2 listing (down 1 from last
week). 1 new pending sales (up 1 from last week).
* Fremont - total of 504 listings (up 1 from last
week). 25 new pending sales (down 1 from last week).
* Kensington - total of 13 listings (up 1 from last
week). 2 new pending sales (up 2 from last week).
* Newark - total of 146 listings (down 2 from last week). 10
