06/26/08.
* Alameda- total of 112 listings (up 10 from last week). 13 new
pending sales (up 3 from last week).
* Albany - total of 12 listings (down 1 from last week). 3 new
pending sales (down 2 from last week).
* Berkeley - total of 103 listings (up 1 from last week). 12
new pending sales (down 4 from last week).
* Discovery Bay - total of 164 listings (down 10 from last
week). 10 new pending sales (up 4 from last week).
* El Cerrito - total of 49 listings (up 2 from last week). 3
new pending sale (down 1 from last week).
* Emeryville - total of 2 listing (same as from last week). 0
new pending sales (down 1 from last week).
* Fremont - total of 515 listings (up 11 from last
week). 20 new pending sales (down 5 from last week).
* Kensington - total of 10 listings (down 3 from last
week). 3 new pending sales (up 1 from last week).
* Newark - total of 151 listings (up 5 from last week). 8 new
